When you receive your personal quote, the cost will include: your room, your flight, and your ground transportation. If you have a desire to book your own flight, let me know when you fill the inquiry form, sharing your preferences. When you place your deposit, it will lock in those travel components because those are what's most important at this stage of planning. Excursions (activities off the property), tips/gratuities, and travel insurance are not included in the price.

• Deposit Requirement: $200 per person.  If you have a roommate, you must pay your deposit at the same time, on one card (preferably).  Once the deposit is paid, your cost will be split into your separate invoices.​

• Your cost may look different than the next person. What determines the price:

  • Your room category,

  • Flight Preference

  •  Airport you're departing from,

  • "When" you book (IMPORTANT)

    • Pricing fluctuates daily! What's quoted to you one day, will be different the next day, or the following week.

• Deadlines --

  • For the Deposit:   Please have your deposit locked in, by December 01, 2023. 

    •  The rooms are not blocked, and flight are not reserved. The earlier you book, the more access you'll have to the rooms/flights, and you'll have more time to pay off your package balance.

  • Final Balance Due Date: July 15, 2024
