The Resort
Your Suite
The " JUNIOR SUITE, OCEAN VIEW" room will be what's quoted to you, when the time comes for you to book your package. This is a gorgeous suite, that can fit up to 3 people (I recommend no more than 2 people per room), and depending on availability, you can request for a King bed or 2 Queens/Doubles. It has a full bathroom with a shower, jetted bathtub, vanity sinks, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, and furnished living room and terrace. If you're interested in another room, please specify when the time comes!
"What's included in my price?"
This is a great question! When you receive your quote, at that point, you would have decided if your pricing will include -- Resort + Ground Transportation" OR "Resort + Ground Transportation + Flight. Most people like to do the second option that includes the flight. However, everyone may not be a fan of the airline that I choose for them (American or Delta), and prefer to book with a different airline.
Resort
You can pair the resort with your flight, and transportation. It's the most convenient package.
Flight
Most people will be flying out of ATL, which is the Delta Airlines hub. Your flight will likely be with this airline. If not, I will look into American Airlines. If you have another preference, feel free to book with your preference. You will book that flight on your own.
Roundtrip Ground Transportation
This is the transportation that will pick you up from the airport/resort.
Your Cost
Package pricing is currently unavailable, because the flight schedule has not been posted. When the time comes, your cost will ultimately depend on "when" you book, and personal preferences such as room category, seating on your flight, and room occupancy.
Your deposit will be between $200 - $265//pp (regardless if you do resort + transfers package OR resort + flight + transfers). Your deposit will book your entire package. You can then make as many payments as you like, up until the payment deadline. Please refer to the FAQ section below for the date.
FAQ
When is the deadline to pay my deposit and pay off my balance?
There is not a deadline to pay your deposit ($200 - $265//pp). Chay may request you all to book by a date, and it will be shared when the time comes. However, your entire balance, must be paid by October 1, 2023. When you pay your deposit, it will go toward the larger balance.
How many people can there be in a room?
Most rooms will only allow up to 2. However, there is an option for 3 people. It's not suggested to have 3 people due to comfort, but it's your choice. Also, when prices are presented, it will be based on double occupancy (2 people), unless you request otherwise.
Can I cancel and get a refund if something comes up?
Several factors play into the cancellation/refund policy. It's contingent on if you have travel insurance, why you have to cancel, and when. If you cancel, just know that whatever payments that were made toward your hotel, you will not receive back directly. Especially if your roommate decides to move on with the trip. If you have travel insurance, depending on why you cancelled, will determine the amount of funds you'll receive back. Depending on if your flight is refundable or not and again, "when" you cancel, will determine if your flight cost is refunded.
