Jackie wants everyone to be together during this trip. Instead of a hotel, she's chosen a beautiful vacation home, not that far from Disney. It's a 6 bedroom home that will accommodate up to 12 adults. This home will be perfect for the group! You all will also have your own private pool. Amongst yourselves you will decide who will have which bedroom, and who's rooming with whom. Please keep in mind that the LARGEST room will belong to the birthday girl!

"How do I book?"
You're going to fill out a form that's going to confirm your interest in the trip. You're going to share your preferences regarding which events you'd like to attend, if you are in need of assistants in booking park tickets, a flight, etc.

Purchase Park Tickets and Other Activities
You have the option to purchase your park tickets, anytime you're ready. However, the parks have capacity limits and it's important that you purchase them well before arrival.

Book Your Flight
When you fill out your form, you'll share if you plan on booking a flight on your own, or if you'd prefer assistants from the travel planner. If you need assistants, assuming your flight will be out of CLT, your flight will be through American Airlines.
No deadline to book your flight, but it should be done as soon possible.

How to pay your Portion
Most of your transactions will be processed through your debit card/credit, on your own time. However, booking the home is priority, and all funds will be given to Jackie, via VENMO. This is the #1 method of payment to send funds. If you have another means of making your payment, please let Jackie know.
